About This Guide

An independent, non-commercial guide to getting rid of things responsibly on the Olympic Peninsula.

What we cover

The Peninsula Junk & Hauling Guide explains where household junk, furniture, appliances, yard waste, paint, electronics and hazardous products go in Port Angeles, Sequim and the rest of Clallam County, what disposal costs, and how to choose and compare junk removal services.

What we are not

This site is not a junk removal, hauling or delivery company. We do not take bookings, give quotes, or send crews, and we are not affiliated with Ohana Transport LLC or any other business. We do not accept payment from haulers, facilities or retailers, and we do not publish reviews or ratings of companies.

How we check facts

The guides are written and maintained by the Peninsula Junk & Hauling Guide editors. Information about facilities, hours, accepted materials and fees comes from the operators' own published pages, mainly the City of Port Angeles, Clallam County and the Washington Department of Ecology, and each guide links its sources. Rules come from primary sources such as the Revised Code of Washington, the Utilities and Transportation Commission and the U.S. EPA. Because facility hours and fees change, each guide says when it was last checked, and we recommend confirming with the operator before you go.

Corrections

If a facility has changed its hours, fees or accepted items, or you spot any other error, email editors@ohanatransportllc-wa.com. See the contact page for what to include.
